On a classic chronograph, the minute sub-counter is too small to be readable at a glance underwater and the movement of the hand is not significant enough to allow safe and instantaneous reading. On this new chronograph caliber designed by Willy Breitling, exit the minute sub-counter: it is the main chronograph hand that takes over, devoted to calculating the dive time. Instead of completing one revolution of the dial in 60 seconds, this hand rotates in slow motion and completes its rotation in 60 minutes. A luminescent power indicator at 6 o’clock allows you to check that the chronograph is engaged underwater.
2022, the SuperOcean wins the beach (and the city)
